Adult Swim’s “Aqua Something You Know Whatever” (the show formerly known as “Aqua Teen Hunger Force”) recently featured the voice talents of Mastodon’s Brent Hinds, Brann Dailor and Troy Sanders.
I used to watch this show all the time…before the movie came out. That kind of killed it for me.
In the episode “Shirt Herpes” which aired July 8, the Mastodon dudes are also joined by Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme; the rockers all voiced characters on the show.
The episode featured a possesed heavy metal tee shirt, bearing three metal musician demons.
The Mastodon dudes and Homme provided the voices of those characters.
Too bad the folks over at “Adult Swim” don’t know how to spell Mastodon.
